Karen Ung –
I got these lightweight snowshoes for my kids because they like running in snowshoes, but have borrowed them a few times because they’re so much fun! The shorter length, light weight, and axle system make them easy to walk or run in. The one-pull bindings are easy to use and stay on well. Just make sure the ball of your foot is over the metal plate, secure the heel strap, and you’re good to go!

I have used my run snowshoes several times this winter (would have been more but snow has been limited) the binding system works very efficiently and stays secure throughout the entire run/hike. The crampons provide excellent traction as the conditions were a combination of powder and icy snow. I ran mostly single track and this model was quick and maneuverable as i made adjustments due to surface and elevation changes. They are very light and reactive to sudden changes in directions.
